Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you.

We cannot start this May newsletter without bringing focus on the situation in Myanmar. It does not make the news often, but it is always in our hearts and minds. Please pray daily for the end of this war and freedom for the people, many without hope. We pray always that they will see the Light of the Lord and turn and walk in truth.

“Millions of people across Myanmar now struggle to access essential needs such as health care, safe water, shelter, and adequate nutrition. More than three million people are displaced, half of them children. More than 18 million people, including at least 6 million children, need humanitarian assistance.”

Sustainable Farming
Asian Children’s Mission is expanding our Sustainable Farm to add much needed chickens, 55 children plus staff means a lot of eggs and some serious chicken soup, and pigs are coming too! With summer break here and the kids needing some serious work projects, the timing of our IDES Grant could not have been more perfect. The property we purchased in 2023 next to Hope will be home for some of the pigs and chickens and some will live on the MCDC property. Plans are to partner with HOPE Ministries and ECHO to learn even more about regenerative farming practices.
